For your comfort and safety we continue to offer telehealth appointments for established patients needing a renewal.

** New Patients must have their first appointment in office.**

Telehealth appointments are performed over the phone via phone call. No Zoom or Video call is required.

Pick up/ mailed authorizations:

If you opt to have a Telehealth appointment, you can pick up your authorization at a coordinated time, or have it mailed to you. As always, picking up the authorization is always the safest way to guarantee you receive it.

Required 1-hour window:

Telehealth appointments require a 1-hour grace period around your scheduled appointment, as the doctor is working to see patients in and out of the office.

Missed your scheduled call?

Don't worry, the doctor will call you back before the end of the day.

*Please do not call back, the number will only take you to the schedule coordinator and she is not at the office.
